We accept orders from anywhere in the UK or Europe. Please see below for costs.

UK delivery                                                                                     

Orders between £0.01 - £9.99     = £1.00

Orders between £10.00 - £24.99 = £3.50.

Orders between £25.00 - £65.99 = £5.00.

Orders between £66.00 - £79.99 = £7.50.

Orders over £80                           = Free Delivery

Europe delivery

Orders less than £14.99                = £3.00.

Orders between £15.00 - £29.99  = £5.00.

Orders between £30.00 - £49.99  = £7.50.

Orders of £50.00 or more             = £10.00. 

Returns

Regrettably, all personalised items are non-refundable. 

If you are not entirely happy with your order, please return it to us in re-saleable condition, within 14 days of receipt and we will issue you with a full refund for the value of the item purchased. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable and returns must be made at the customers expense.
